My name is Jennifer Phillips, and I am the principal for Lipan Elementary (PK-5) and Lipan Junior High (6-8). I am extremely grateful to be a part of Lipan ISD; and honored to work with such an amazing and supportive group of students, teachers, parents, and community members! I look forward to continuing the excellence and tradition that has been established in Lipan.
I have worked in public education for 22 years. I was an elementary physical education teacher for 11 years, served as an elementary counselor for 5 years, an assistant principal for 2.5 years, and a special education counselor for 3.5 years. I received both my Bachelor of Science and Master of Education degrees from Tarleton State University.
My husband, Tony, also works for Lipan ISD, and we have four sons. Our oldest son Tate graduated from Lipan in 2017, Ty graduated from Lipan in 2018, Tripp is currently a freshman at LHS, and Trew is in 6th grade at LJH. Lipan is very special to me, and my family, and we are very proud to be Lipan Indians!
